I love the way you have categorized the above ‘core competencies’ for bloggers into beginners, intermediate and advanced. I live way up in Canada, otherwise I would totally go to the intermediate track. Sounds like a great workshop.

Absoilutely. You can go to any class that you want to. You may be advanced in some areas but be interested in more basic material in others.
